I've completely forgotten to post two panels that I've colored recently for Bleach. The first one is Stark and Orihime from chapter 313, page 14, panel 1. The second is Rukia and Gin from chapter 145, page 12, panel 1. This one I did for a friend (Pansori) over on OneManga.com because she's such a huge Gin fan. Based on some critique I got for this one, I'm thinking of redoing it slightly to change the highlights in Rukia's hair. The lineart has that large area placed in it already, but it really doesn't work with how I did the hair, so what I'll probably do is just black that in and put my own version of the highlights in her hair. That way it'll look more consistent with my style and won't bug me now that someone's pointed out how it looks. Not that it's bad now, but I agreed that redoing that one spot made sense. I've also started working coloring page 18 from chapter 213, Gin in his Espada outfit. That will take a bit longer since I plan to do a full painting of it, meaning no lineart left. I'm also about halfway done with a two-page spread of Mayuri, Unohana and Byakuya arriving in Hueco Mundo (chapter 298, pages 15-16). And that's it for updates. Tags: art, fanart Mood Ring says: cold

The broker – an EQ2 player’s one-stop source for purchasing craftables, collectables and other fun items. I’ve only been back playing EQ2 for about a month or so now (started up yet again about a week before the Rise of Kunark (RoK) expansion was released) but utilizing the broker was one of the first things I did. When I played WoW, using the auction house was pretty integral to buying and selling items as well, so working the EQ2 broker was a natural step. The broker saves time, can make you money and actually provides me lots of enjoyment.
I’ll be the first to admit that numbers aren’t my thing. I used to screw my checkbook up using a calculator back when I was single. However, playing the broker game can be a fun challenge; at least I find it so. Some items are so common that they aren’t worth putting up for sale, harvestable items mostly. I’d rather hold off on selling that stack of Antonican coffee beans until I eventually start crafting or just destroy them over letting it sit in the broker for days on end at 2c each. The market is flooded for most harvestables, especially at the level I’m gathering at (TS right now, so tier 3?). The rares are a different matter; they are saleable at any level.

I really need to get a photo of it, but in the meantime, you can see a (very) small selection of what books I own over here at LibraryThing.com. It's free to join, but you can only list ~200 books in your library. If you want to have more, you have to pay for a membership, but it's only $25 if I remember correctly. I heard about it over on F13 a while back and started listing my books, but haven't had the time to continue. I really should just sit down and start entering titles. If nothing else, it might give me an idea of just how many books I actually own. Only reason I started entering books again is because I finished reading Twilight Watch last night. Last of a trilogy by Sergei Lukyanenko (or maybe not, a few reviews say it's a tetralogy now.. interesting!), along with Night Watch and Day Watch, all three books are really excellent and enjoyable. I like how he carried the interlinked stories along and the translation (from Russian) was great. As in, I didn't notice any problems or thought anything sounded weird when I read the book.
